Job Duties:

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CE / CRM and Power Apps Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and Power Platform solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, JavaScript, C#, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment. This role requires working closely with business users, functional consultants, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable and maintainable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM applications.
  • Build and enhance Model-driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Develop custom components using JavaScript, C#, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, PCF controls, and Web Resources.
  • Configure and customize Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and business process flows.
  • Create and maintain Power Automate cloud flows for process automation and integrations.
  • Work on integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems using Dataverse APIs, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Platform connectors.
  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical design and development tasks.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
  • Manage Dynamics 365 solutions across environments using proper ALM and deployment best practices.
  • Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, UAT, and production validation.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, and support handover documents.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, QA teams, and project managers.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong experience with Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform administration.
  • Strong development experience in:
    • C#

    • Web Resources
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse APIs
  • Experience with Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CE security model, including business units, teams, roles, and field-level security.
  • Experience with solution management, environment migration, and deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, or App Registrations is preferred.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external applications using REST APIs, OData, custom connectors, and middleware.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
